What Is AIRDOWN?
AirDown is a patented on-board tire inflation and deflation system designed for heavy-duty trucks, fleets, and off-road vehicles, giving operators the ability to instantly adjust tire pressure with the push of a button. By optimizing tire pressure for different terrains—whether pavement, dirt, sand, or job sites—AirDown improves traction, reduces tire wear, minimizes flats, and enhances overall vehicle performance and safety. Built with durable, U.S.-made components and engineered for reliability in demanding environments, the system can actively maintain tire pressure even in extreme conditions—keeping up with multiple punctures (up to 20 nails) so your truck stays operational. The result is reduced downtime, lower operating costs, and the confidence to keep moving no matter the terrain or jobsite conditions.
AIRDOWN allows drivers to instantly reduce tire pressure to improve traction and stability on rough or uneven terrain. This reduces slippage, enhances control, and protects your vehicle in demanding conditions.
How It Works
Using a user-friendly touchscreen interface, drivers can adjust tire pressure in real time. The system automatically distributes air adjustments across all tires for consistent performance.
Patented Technology
AirDown systems are built on a foundation of true innovation, backed by three United States patents that protect the core technology behind our system. These patents cover our AirUp (on-board tire inflation system), AirDown (controlled tire deflation system), and our proprietary wheel-end valve, engineered for durability and consistent performance in the harshest environments. Together, these patented technologies work seamlessly to provide precise pressure control, continuous air supply, and the ability to maintain pressure even in demanding conditions—delivering a reliable, U.S.-engineered solution that stands apart from anything else on the market.
